Ghanaian boxer Theophilus Ofei Dodoo is set to face French opponent Mathis Lourenco in a middleweight clash scheduled to take place in France later this week.
The 38-year-old pugilist is determined to secure his first career victory outside Ghana, as he looks to bounce back from a disappointing loss to British boxer Tony Badge in November last year during the bout for the Universal Boxing Organisation (UBO) World Super Middleweight title.

Dodoo’s opponent, Lourenco, has also struggled in recent outings, losing his last two fights, making this upcoming contest a critical opportunity for both fighters to return to winning ways.
Accompanied by his trainer Solomon Otoo Lartey and manager Haruna Muntari, Dodoo has reportedly intensified his preparations and remains optimistic about his chances.
Since turning professional in 2016, Dodoo has fought 14 times, securing 10 wins, three losses, and one draw, and he will be looking to add another win to his record in France.
