The Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme, H.E. Niloy Banerjee, has led a delegation to pay a courtesy call on Interior Minister Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak to discuss areas of collaboration and Ghana’s peace and security efforts.
During the meeting, the UNDP delegation expressed interest in the strategic direction of the Ministry and commended Ghana for its peace architecture, policies and initiatives aimed at sustaining peace and stability.

The delegation also noted that Ghana’s approach to peacebuilding continues to serve as an example within the region and beyond.
