President Mahama holds bilateral talks with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer

President John Dramani Mahama held bilateral talks with UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer at 10 Downing Street in London on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

The President was accompanied by the Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare; the Minister of Finance, Dr Cassiel Ato Baah Forson; and Ghana’s High Commissioner to the UK and Ireland, Sabah Zita Benson.

The meeting formed part of President Mahama’s five-day official visit to the United Kingdom.

The visit also included the opening of the Ghana-UK Investment Summit, aimed at strengthening economic cooperation and investment relations between Ghana and the United Kingdom.
