During the meeting, Honourable Ablakwa commended the Ambassador for his contribution to strengthening the longstanding relationship between Ghana and Guinea, which he noted is rooted in the ideals of Pan-Africanism. He referenced the historic ties between Ghana’s first President, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, and Guinea’s first President, Ahmed Sékou Touré, and reaffirmed Ghana’s commitment to preserving and deepening that bond through commemorative initiatives.

Ambassador Dore expressed appreciation for the support and hospitality he received from the Government and people of Ghana during his tenure. He highlighted ongoing development efforts in Guinea under the Simandou 2040 programme and indicated his country’s interest in expanding collaboration with Ghana, particularly in education and agriculture.

He also noted that exchanges between the private sectors of both countries increased during his time in office and emphasized Guinea’s commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations.
