Applicants are required to purchase application vouchers at a cost of GH¢150 through the official admissions portal. The Ministry said all purchased vouchers will remain valid until June 19, 2026, if unused.

The Ministry also stated that applicants must provide a personal Ghana Card number, active phone number, valid email address, residential address and Ghana Post Digital Address during the application process.

According to the statement, all communication regarding the admission process will be conducted through SMS or email.

The Ministry added that applicants who meet the admission requirements will be invited to attend competitive interviews at their selected institutions.

It further cautioned applicants to complete and submit their forms accurately, warning that incorrect or incomplete submissions could affect eligibility for admission.
