Early Power Limited donates medical supplies to Bediako CHPS Compound Early Power Limited, an independent power producer operating within the Kpone-Katamanso Municipality, has donated assorted medical supplies and consumables to the Bediako Community-Based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) Compound in the Nmlitsakpo Electoral Area. The donation forms part of the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery and promoting community wellbeing within its operational areas. The items included a suction machine, oxygen cylinders, delivery beds, admission beds, an autoclave, cotton wool, and other essential consumables. Presenting the items, Mr. Kofi Amoako Asiedu, the Commercial Manager of Early Power Limited, said the company would continue to support communities in diverse ways to enhance both social and health development. “The facility provides essential healthcare services to over 9,000 people, and these medical items will help improve maternal health, enhance child delivery, and reduce complications during emergency situations,” he said. Receiving the items on behalf of the Municipal Health Directorate, Dr. Esther Priscilla Biamah Danquah, the Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Director of Health Services, expressed deep appreciation to Early Power Limited for the timely gesture, assuring that the items would be used effectively to improve healthcare outcomes. The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr. Samuel Tetteh Kwashie Morton, commended the company for its continuous support toward healthcare improvement in the area. He added that the municipal assembly was working closely with the health directorate to operationalise the newly constructed Bediako CHPS Compound to expand access to quality healthcare services. Mr. Morton reaffirmed the assembly’s commitment to supporting the health sector and other social interventions that improve the living conditions of residents within the municipality.

Presenting the items, Mr Kofi Amoako Asiedu, Commercial Manager of Early Power Limited, said the company remains committed to supporting communities through interventions that improve social and health outcomes.

“The facility provides essential healthcare services to over 9,000 people, and these medical items will help improve maternal health, enhance child delivery, and reduce complications during emergencies,” he noted.

Receiving the items, Dr Esther Priscilla Biamah Danquah, Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Director of Health Services, expressed appreciation to Early Power Limited, describing the gesture as timely and impactful. She pledged that the items would be put to effective use to strengthen healthcare delivery in the area.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr Samuel Tetteh Kwashie Morton, lauded the company for its continued partnership in healthcare development and revealed that the assembly was collaborating with the Municipal Health Directorate to fully operationalise the new Bediako CHPS Compound.

He reaffirmed the assembly’s commitment to improving healthcare and other social services that enhance the quality of life for residents of Kpone-Katamanso.
