
Hon. Dominic Napare is the Member of Parliament for Sene East, representing Kajaji on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Born on Thursday, 3rd November 1960, he is a Christian and a seasoned legislator who has served in the 6th, 7th, and 8th Parliaments of the Republic of Ghana.
With a career rooted in education and public service, Hon. Napare holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (2016) and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Education, Kumasi Campus (2004). He also earned a Certificate “A” 3-Year in Teacher Education from Wesley College (1989), a GCE O-Level in Arts from Krachi Secondary School (1981), and an MSLC from Kajaji L/A Middle School (1976).

Before entering Parliament, he served as District Chief Executive at the Office of the President, Public Relations Officer for the Ghana Education Service, and Civic Education Officer with the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE). His extensive background in governance, civic engagement, and education continues to shape his advocacy for development and social equity in Sene East.
