President John Dramani Mahama has declared Ghana “open for business” in New York after ringing the closing bell at the Nasdaq Stock Market, in a high-profile showcase of the country’s renewed investment ambitions.
The occasion also saw President Mahama featured on the Nasdaq billboard in Times Square with the bold message: “Ghana Is Open for Business.”
