Dr. Bettina Buabeng-Baidoo is a medical doctor and public health researcher with an MBChB from the University of Pretoria and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Cape Town. Specializing in public health finance and health system strengthening, she has collaborated with the Africa CDC Youth Division on initiatives like the African Union Bingwa Initiative.

As co-executive director of the International Working Group for Health System Strengthening, she leads efforts to enhance global health systems. Dr. Buabeng-Baidoo is passionate about data-driven policy and inclusive global health governance, aiming to strengthen health systems worldwide through collaboration and innovation.
