The modern mixed-use development will combine apartments, a hotel, a conference facility with a capacity of 2,500 people, healthcare services, a shopping mall and gardens, creating a new hub for business and investment.
The project comprises the following:
- Sentuo Hotel: Two towers of about 22 storeys, linked by a sky bridge with a pool.
- Residential towers: The middle tower and four to six towers on the right side will range from 12 to 15 storeys. The towers closest to the hotel are about 14 to 15 floors, while those at the back right are lower, at about 12 floors.
- Mall/commercial podium: A two- to three-storey structure, measuring about 10 to 15 metres, with solar panels.
- Gatehouse/clubhouse: A single-storey structure at the bottom right corner, which has already been constructed.
Phase One of the project will involve the construction of the twin residential towers, which are expected to be completed by 2029.
