Vice President Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has attended the memorial lecture marking the 20th anniversary of the passing of Rt. Hon. Justice Daniel Francis Annan, the first Speaker of Parliament under Ghana’s Fourth Republic and later the Second Speaker of the Republic.
The memorial lecture, held at Parliament House, was delivered by retired Supreme Court Justice William Atuguba, who reflected on his personal experiences and interactions with the late statesman, describing him as a principled leader committed to public service.
