On Thursday, July 16, Parliament will hold a wreath-laying ceremony, followed by a memorial lecture at the D. F. Annan Auditorium. The lecture will be delivered by retired Supreme Court Justice William Atuguba.

Parliament has invited members of the media, the general public and stakeholders in Ghana’s democracy to participate in the commemorative activities.

The commemoration is intended to honour the legacy of Justice Annan and reflect on the progress of Ghana’s parliamentary democracy since the establishment of the Fourth Republic.
