Hon. Akandoh said the deployment of the new personnel will enhance service delivery in hospitals, clinics and other health facilities, particularly in underserved areas affected by staffing shortages.

He noted that the recruitment reflects the government’s broader agenda of investing in the health sector to ensure efficient and accessible healthcare for all Ghanaians.

The Minister further assured that the recruitment process is being conducted transparently and that the newly engaged health professionals will be posted to facilities where their services are most needed.

He added that the deployment is expected to improve the capacity of the healthcare system to meet growing demand for medical services.
