The Ghana Police Service has arrested three suspects in connection with a robbery incident that occurred at Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region. The arrest was carried out by the National Operations Directorate (NOD) Surveillance Unit following intelligence-led operations.
According to the Police, the robbery took place on January 18, 2026, when two armed men attacked a residence at Kwabenya. During the attack, the assailants made away with two iPhone 17 Pro Max mobile phones, an Apple Watch, a gold necklace, a car key, GH¢14,000 in cash, and US$300.

The robbers also compelled the victim to log out of his iCloud account from one of the stolen phones.
The suspects, identified as Francis Amo, also known as Agogo; Anthony Boateng, alias Aisha Kojo; and Musah Ibrahim, alias Coded, who is believed to be a receiver of stolen items, have admitted their involvement in the crime.
Police investigations led to the recovery of one iPhone 17 Pro Max, an Apple Watch, and a Samsung Fold phone. A subsequent search at the residence of suspect Anthony Boateng uncovered several offensive weapons, including a truncheon, a short machete, knives, scissors, lighters, and a face shield.
The suspects are currently in police custody assisting with investigations. The Police say efforts are ongoing to retrieve the remaining stolen items and to arrest other individuals who may be connected to the robbery.
