The Ministry of Health in Ghana has received a donation of antivirals for the treatment of COVID-19 from the US Government.
The donation was made by Madam Heather Robinson, Team Lead for Infectious Diseases, USAID Ghana, on behalf of the US Government.
Madam Robinson highlighted that the US Government has been supporting Ghana in the fight against the pandemic by donating approximately 12 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines and antivirals.
The donation is part of the ongoing collaboration between the two countries to combat the spread of COVID-19 and provide effective treatment to those affected.
