A fatal car crash on the Accra-Apam highway has led to the untimely death of blogger and publicist John Claude Tamakloe, while Highlife musicians KK Fosu and Bless sustained serious injuries. The accident occurred on Saturday, May 25, 2024, as the crew was on their way to perform at a wedding ceremony.
According to the driver, Nana Obiri Yeboah, their Toyota Camry collided head-on with a Benz car as the Benz driver attempted to overtake another vehicle. The impact of the crash resulted in the immediate death of John Claude Tamakloe, who was accompanying Kay Bless as his videographer.
Both KK Fosu and Kay Bless suffered broken legs, with KK Fosu’s injury being particularly severe. The tragic incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of road safety and the devastating consequences of reckless driving.
