Yaw Acheampong, the Head Coach of Aduana FC, described their recent match against Accra Hearts of Oak as tough but credited their victory to a strategic move that proved to be a “Game Changer.”
In a post-match interview, Coach Acheampong highlighted the impact of introducing an attacking midfielder, Oboobi, in the first half.
“Oboobi became the game changer,” stated Coach Acheampong, emphasizing the significance of the tactical decision.
Despite having fewer chances compared to previous home matches, Aduana FC secured a win with a goal from a set piece.
Reflecting on the team's mindset after two consecutive home losses, Coach Acheampong acknowledged the pain but took it in stride, stating, “We took it as one of those things in football.”
He expressed satisfaction with the team's comeback and the success of their system in the match against Hearts of Oak.
“We are still working on the team to improve performance,” Coach Acheampong added, indicating a continuous effort to enhance the team's overall play.
