PROFILE:Hon. Eric Nana Agyemang-Prempeh

Hon. Eric Nana Agyemang-Prempeh is the Member of Parliament for Ahafo Ano North, representing the New Patriotic Party (NPP). A native of Tepa in the Ashanti Region, he was born on Tuesday, 5th March 1974, and is a committed Christian.

Prior to his election to Parliament, Hon. Agyemang-Prempeh built a strong track record in public service, having served as the District Chief Executive for Ahafo Ano North and later as Director-General of the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO). His experience in local governance and national emergency coordination underscores his pragmatic leadership style.

He recently completed a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wrexham in March 2024, enhancing his capacity in strategic management and policy formulation.

In Parliament, he serves on the Defence and Interior Committee and the House Committee, where he contributes to national security deliberations and the efficient administration of parliamentary affairs.
