PROFILE:Hon. Emmanuel Tobbin

Hon. Emmanuel Tobbin is the Member of Parliament for Anyaa-Sowutuom, representing the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Born on Tuesday, 29th October 1974, he hails from Tarkwa and is a Christian. This marks his first term in Parliament.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pentecost University in June 2017. Before entering politics, Hon. Tobbin built a solid professional background in the pharmaceutical sector, serving as Managing Director of Ascot Pharmacy Ltd and previously as Warehouse Manager at Tobinco Pharmaceutical.

In Parliament, he contributes to national development through his roles on the Environment, Science and Technology Committee, and the Privileges and Immunities Committee.
