PROFILE:Hon. Elvis Osei Mensah Dapaah

Hon. Elvis Osei Mensah Dapaah is the Member of Parliament for Ahafo Ano South West, representing Kunsu on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Born on Friday, 8th May 1992, he is a Christian and is currently serving his first term in Parliament.

He holds a BSc in Agriculture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2024) and is the Chief Executive Manager of Kunsu Community Mining, where he has overseen community-based mining operations with a focus on local economic empowerment.

In Parliament, Hon. Dapaah serves as Vice Chairperson of both the Chieftaincy, Culture and Religious Affairs Committee and the Human Rights Committee, and is also a member of the Local Government and Rural Development Committee. His legislative priorities center on rural development, cultural preservation, human rights advocacy, and sustainable resource management.
