
Hon. Ebenezer Alumire Ndebilla is the Member of Parliament for Zebilla, representing his hometown on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Born on Tuesday, 7th July 1981, he is a Christian and currently serving his first term in Ghana’s Parliament.
He holds an MA in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana (2013), a BA in Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2009), and a Teacher’s Certificate “A” from St. John Bosco’s Teacher Training College (2002). His earlier education includes the SSCE from Bolgatanga Secondary School (1998), studies at Kusanaba Secondary School (1996), and the BECE from Gbantongo Junior Secondary School (1995).

Before entering Parliament, Hon. Ndebilla built a career in education, development, and governance. He taught under the Ghana Education Service, worked as Project Officer and later Programme Coordinator for Food Security and Agriculture at the Anglican Diocesan Development and Relief Organization (ADDRO), and served on the Board of Toende Rural Bank PLC.
In Parliament, he is a member of the Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs Committee and the Ethics and Standards Committee, where he applies his economic expertise and community development experience to advancing agricultural policy, ethical governance, and rural progress.
