
Hon. Dominic Bingab Aduna Nitiwul is the Member of Parliament for Bimbilla, representing Chamba under the banner of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Born on Friday, 4th November 1977, he is a Christian and one of Ghana’s longest-serving legislators, having served in the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Parliaments.
Hon. Nitiwul holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Westminster (2007) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Wales (2006), combining strong legal and managerial expertise.

In Parliament, he serves as Chairperson of the Assurance Committee and is a member of both the Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs Committee and the Parliamentary Affairs Committee. Over his tenure, he has been a key figure in shaping policy, strengthening parliamentary oversight, and advancing initiatives in agriculture, governance, and public accountability.
