Accra, Sept. 17 – Mr. Francis Gesaloge Boyesa Okoro, Oti Regional Disability Desk Coordinator, has been appointed Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer at the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS).
The appointment, widely described as well-deserved, recognises his exceptional skills and experience in monitoring and evaluation, especially in the area of public health programmes.
In his new role, Mr. Boyesa will lead technical staff in tracking programme performance, analysing data to measure progress toward targets, and identifying gaps for improvement. He will also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports, along with findings and recommendations, to key stakeholders.
Across the Oti Region, including the Krachi East Municipality, thousands have taken to social media to celebrate the appointment, hailing it as a reflection of hard work and dedication.
In a Facebook post, Mr. Boyesa expressed gratitude to his Member of Parliament for the opportunity, noting that the role had put a “nice smile” on his face – a gesture, he said, that underscored the value of mentorship and support in career advancement.
