He was a crucial member of the Alliance for Change, working alongside ideological opponents to advance political freedom.
He has also paid a personal price for his convictions, enduring repeated political detention, including imprisonment at Nsawam.
And then there is his legendary ability to offer extensive commentary on virtually every subject, always sprinkled with humour, history and memorable anecdotes.
One need not agree with Massa Kwesi on every issue to acknowledge his consistency, courage and immense contribution to Ghana’s political and media landscape.
