Hon. Abdul Rauf Tongym Tubazu is the Member of Parliament for Ayawaso Central, representing the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Born on September 28, 1983, he hails from Bawku and Walewale and is a practising Muslim.
He holds an MBA in International Business and Corporate Finance from Colorado Heights University, Denver, Colorado, completed in May 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana, obtained in May 2007.
Before entering politics, Hon. Tubazu gained extensive experience in business and corporate management. He served as the Managing Director of Torbazu Enterprise and previously worked as the Deputy Tender Manager at Japan Motors Trading Company.
Hon. Abdul Rauf Tongym Tubazu is serving his first term in Parliament.
