The conference is being held under the theme “Africa’s Time, Africa’s Terms: Learning for Sovereignty, Strength and Solidarity.”

Participants are expected to discuss strategies to bridge the digital divide, strengthen skills development, and promote African-led innovation in education.

According to the Ministry of Education, the conference reinforces a shared vision of an Africa where learning, technology and research drive sustainable development and empower the continent’s youthful population.
