GES releases 2025 SHS placement results, sets reporting date

Accra, September 2025 – The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially released the 2025 Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) results.

In a directive signed by Acting Deputy Director-General (Q&A), Dr. Munawaru Issahaque, GES instructed all Regional Directors to inform District Directors and school heads about the results.

The placement list must be strictly adhered to, and schools are prohibited from admitting students outside the official placements without prior written approval.

Students placed are expected to report to their schools on October 18, 2025, while heads of schools are tasked with ensuring smooth registration in line with GES guidelines.

GES warned that any violations, including unauthorised admissions, will attract administrative sanctions and emphasised the importance of stakeholder cooperation to ensure a transparent admission process.
