Speaking on behalf of President John Dramani Mahama, Dr. Amoakohene reiterated government’s resolve to invest in education as a foundation for sustainable development.

He announced that, with support from the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund), St. Louis Senior High School is benefiting from the construction of a modern two-storey, 12-unit classroom block.

The project is intended to expand instructional space, improve the learning environment, and accommodate the school’s growing student population.

He assured the school community of continued government partnership in strengthening educational infrastructure, promoting academic excellence, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive.

The celebration underscored the shared commitment of government, educators, alumni, and stakeholders to advancing quality education and building a stronger future for the Ashanti Region and the nation as a whole.
