The event, held at the Alisa Hotel under the theme “Reflecting on the Past, Securing the Future,” marked two decades of the Authority’s operations.

According to the Minister, the NIA has evolved from what he described as a conceptual initiative in 2006 into a resilient biometric identity system supporting national security and expanding access to essential services.
