Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, Minister of Finance, is scheduled to present the 2026 Budget Statement and Economic Policy to Parliament on Thursday, November 13, 2025, in accordance with Article 179 of the Constitution. The annual presentation outlines government’s fiscal agenda, expenditure priorities and policy direction for the year ahead.

Announcing the schedule, Mr Mahama Ayariga, Chairman of the Business Committee and Leader of Government Business, stated that the presentation forms part of official parliamentary proceedings ending Friday, November 14.
As one of the most important events in Ghana‘s policy calendar, the budget will shape national conversations on taxation, infrastructure development, social programmes, and measures to reinforce Cedi stability amid global economic pressures.
