The Ghana Police Service has launched a manhunt for a gang of armed robbers who attacked a mobile money vendor at Fufulso Junction in the Savannah Region, leaving two people dead and two others injured.
According to police, the suspects carried out the violent attack at Fufulso Junction, where they reportedly opened fire during the robbery. Two victims were shot and killed at the scene, while two others sustained gunshot wounds.

The injured victims were rushed to a nearby health facility for treatment. Their current condition has not yet been officially disclosed.
In response to the incident, the police have intensified security within the Fufulso township and surrounding communities to prevent further criminal activities and reassure residents.
Authorities say an intelligence-led operation is currently underway to track down the suspects and bring them to justice. Police investigators are also gathering information and appealing to the public to assist with any leads that could help in locating the robbers.
The Ghana Police Service has assured residents that every effort is being made to arrest those responsible for the attack.
