Five arrested over destruction of NDC office project in Ellembelle

Five persons have been arrested in connection with the destruction of a National Democratic Congress (NDC) office project in Ellembelle in the Western Region.

The suspects are alleged to have vandalised parts of the project during an incident that has sparked tension in the area. The motive behind the destruction has not yet been established.

Police reportedly moved in after receiving information about the incident and arrested the five individuals to assist in investigations.

Party supporters and residents have condemned the incident and are calling for those responsible to be dealt with according to the law.
