Assemblyman-elect pledges support for healthcare in Kotuotue electoral area

Mr. Napoleon Nsarkoh-Tawiah, the assemblyman-elect for the Kotuotue electoral area in the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese District, has expressed his commitment to supporting the healthcare needs of the people in the electoral area.

Abeakrom, a community within the electoral area, currently has a rented apartment serving as a community-based Health Planning and Services () Compound.

Mr Nsarkoh-Tawiah has already financed the painting of the building and provided support with additional hospital equipment.

Looking ahead, he has secured a parcel of land for the construction of a new CHPS Compound for the community and its surrounding villages.

The assemblyman-elect has pledged to continue soliciting funds to aid in the construction of the new facility.

Mr Nsarkoh-Tawiah, a 43-year-old accountant, won the election with 423 votes, defeating his contender, Mr Ato Hackman, who obtained 301 votes.

He attributed his victory to his periodic engagement with the people and addressing their concerns.

In his victory speech, he emphasized his commitment to collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure that the electoral area becomes the best in the district.

He also appealed to the government, philanthropists, and corporate institutions for support in achieving his goals.
