More than 150 international businesses from Asia, the Middle East, and Europe will converge in Accra in July for the Ghana Investment Trade Week, an event aimed at fostering partnerships and foreign direct investment opportunities in Ghana.
The event, organized by MIE GROUP and the Ghana Chamber of Construction Industry, will be held under the theme: “Fostering Partnerships for Sustainable Growth: Bridging Trade and Real Estate Investments Across Continents.”
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Emmanuel Tetteh Martey, Chairman of the Ghana Chamber of Construction Industry, emphasized the importance of trade and real estate investments in driving economic growth. He highlighted Ghana’s stable economy, strategic location, and business-friendly policies as key factors attracting investors.
Mr. Frank Lartey, Group Chairman of Core Construction Group, stressed the need for increased investment in the real estate sector to meet the growing demand across different segments of society.
Mr. Emmanuel Cherry, CEO of the Ghana Chamber of Construction Industry, noted that the Trade Week would serve as a platform for industry players to market their businesses, strengthen trade relations, and promote exports.
Meanwhile, the America Property Exhibition, set to take place in Miami, has also been launched. It will bring together real estate professionals, investors, and developers from around the world to explore investment opportunities.
