The Government of Barbados, in partnership with the Government of Ghana, has announced recruitment for qualified allied health professionals to work in Barbados.
The positions available include Cardiac Perfusionist, Electrocardiograph (ECG) Technician, Perfusionist, Electroencephalographic (EEG) Technologist, Physicist I/II, Audiologist, Diagnostic Radiographer, Occupational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, and Speech Therapist/Speech and Language.

Applicants must meet the regulatory requirements of the Allied Health Professions Council and have at least five years of working experience.
Required documents include academic certificates, certificate of good standing, appointment letters, a recent police clearance from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service, immunisation records, birth certificate, CV, reference letters, passport photograph, passport biodata page with at least two years validity, completed application form, and other relevant documents.
Applications open on Friday, April 10, 2026, and close on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, through the Ministry of Health recruitment portal.
Applicants are required to present all necessary documents, including certified copies of qualifications and professional registration, on the day of the interview.
Unsuitable applications will not be acknowledged.
